Binivie is led by Kiki and Sebastian.
Kieran was raised in Menorca and has lived on the island since 1990. His understanding of its homes, materials, trades and way of life has developed over decades. He knows the island not only as a place to live, but as a network of people, places and practical knowledge: the character of its traditional houses, the qualities of local materials, the realities of island supply chains and the importance of working with trusted, skilled tradespeople.
This local perspective allows him to see both the potential and the limitations of a property. He understands how Menorca’s light, climate, architecture and slower pace of life should influence the way a home is planned, renovated and furnished. His approach is grounded, personal and practical, helping clients make confident decisions that feel right for the property and for the way they want to live.
Sebastian has been based in Menorca since 2020, drawing on twenty years of experience working in Spain across interior design and real estate. His experience combines a strong understanding of how homes are designed, renovated and presented with practical knowledge of the property market, from assessing a home’s potential and identifying opportunities for improvement to advising on layouts, finishes, furnishing and resale appeal. This allows him to look at a property both as a place to live and as a long-term investment, while giving international homeowners clear, informed guidance when managing a purchase or project from abroad.
Together, they offer practical advice, honest opinions and a highly personal approach.
